5. Engagement & Payment
Services are provided as agreed in a proposal, quote, or service agreement between Ocean Tech Zone and the client. Payment terms, deliverables, and timelines will be set out at the time of engagement.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Providing timely access to necessary accounts, assets, and approvals.
- Ensuring content and materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party rights.
- Responding to requests for feedback within agreed timelines to keep projects on schedule.
7. Results & Performance
Digital marketing results (rankings, traffic, leads, conversions) depend on multiple external factors including market conditions and platform algorithm changes. While we apply industry best practice, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables (website files, creative assets) become the client's property upon full payment. Ocean Tech Zone retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
9. Service Updates
Ocean Tech Zone may update, modify, or discontinue elements of its service offering at any time, with reasonable notice to active clients.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ocean Tech Zone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
